Shipping and Delivery

We are experts in supplying hockey equipment to international destinations and can ship to most countries worldwide. we will endeavour to have your order dispatched within 48hrs. All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch.

You can place your order & pay securely by PayPal or Credit Card, all shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process. 

United Kingdom Orders

We offer free Ground Shipping on all Orders within the UK from £ 50 
Free shipping 3-5 days.

Europe Orders

We offer free Ground Shipping on all Orders within Europe from € 250 (except Canary Islands)
Free shipping 3-5 days.

Canary Islands

We offer a flat rate of € 27.00.

Rest of the world orders

You get Worldwide Free Shipping with any purchase over € 250. Under that value there’s a flat rate of € 27.00. (Air shipping 5-10 days)

All Goods will be dispatched via national or international couriers and will require a signature upon Delivery. A Tracking number for your consignment will be made available to you.

Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority – not ballinghockey.com®. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s import rules and regulations prior to ordering. We are unable to designate orders as “Gifts” or otherwise.

You can automatically receive free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise total of € 250 or more. Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders (no promo codes are necessary).

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@ballinghockey.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, please place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
