Terms and Conditions:

Organizers: The current giveaway, named "October Giveaway [Jack Waller’s Paris 100 custom hockey stick]" (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway"), has been developed and organized by Hockey Company LTD with VAT-GB360575690 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), who is solely responsible for the mechanics, development, and final winner selection process.

Validity: The Giveaway will be valid from 01/10/2024 until 11/10/2024 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the "Validity Period").

Geographical Scope: The Giveaway is valid only within the territory of Europe (hereinafter referred to as the "Geographical Scope").

Participants: All individuals aged eighteen (18) or older, residing within the Geographical Scope (hereinafter the "Participant/s"), are eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Excluded from the Giveaway: a) legal entities, b) minors, c) individuals residing outside the Geographical Scope, and d) employees of the Organizer, advertising agencies, suppliers of any other product or service related to the Organizer, or individuals who have disassociated from any of them within the thirty (30) days prior to the Giveaway. Also excluded are relatives by blood or affinity to such employees or former employees up to the second degree inclusive and their spouses.

Mechanics of the Giveaway: To participate in this Giveaway, Participants must [(i) Follow @ballinghockey and @jwal25, (ii) like the Giveaway post, (iii) tag two or more friends in the comments of the post] during the Validity Period. From all Participants who have met these requirements, a winner will be randomly selected using the tool https://simpliers.com/es (hereinafter the "Winner").

Prizes: [1 prize of the Jack Waller’s Paris 100 custom hockey stick]. The products to be given away will be exclusively those manufactured and marketed by Balling Hockey]. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with a different prize.

Prize Delivery: The Giveaway will take place on [11/10/2024]. The Winner will be contacted within 30 days of the Giveaway, via Instagram or email, to arrange the date and location for prize delivery. The delivery of prizes will be handled by the Organizer.

Additional Expenses: Winners will be responsible for any taxes, fees, and/or contributions that must be paid on or in relation to the Prize.
